Rexford Mercantile is the family store of Jonathan & Ruth Rexford — one place for the document kits, guides, and organizers we build, and for the in-person services we offer around Vero Beach, Florida.

This business began more than a decade ago as a mobile notary service in Vero Beach — roughly a thousand signings a year, one kitchen table at a time. Those years taught a simple truth: most families don't need a $3,000 retainer. They need the right document, prepared correctly, with clear instructions — and an honest flag when their situation genuinely calls for an attorney.

That's what this company does. Every kit in the store is built from the actual statutes of its state — the execution requirements, the recording standards, the filing deadlines — and every kit includes the "when NOT to use this" list that generic form sites leave out. For Treasure Coast families who prefer it done in person, the same standard applies to our local document preparation service: your information, professionally formatted, ready to sign.
